After more than 20 years in real estate, I’ve learned that success isn’t about working harder — it’s about building systems and structure that support the way you work.
For years, I chased every version of success the industry promised — the awards, the income goals, the marketing strategies that were supposed to “change everything.”
On paper, I was doing great. In reality, I was exhausted, reactive, and constantly trying to fix things by doing more.
It wasn’t until I started working with a coach that things shifted. Instead of just pushing harder, I finally had someone ask the right questions — the ones that helped me see what was actually holding me back. That process changed how I thought, how I worked, and ultimately, how I lived.
And then came another turning point. In my 40s, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
That moment explained a lot — the overthinking, the constant drive, the mental juggling act that never seemed to stop. But it also gave me a new kind of clarity.
It helped me see that most people — especially high-performing agents — struggle with the same challenges. Maybe not to the same degree, but in the same ways.
Learning to work with my brain instead of against it became the foundation of how I coach. Because the truth is: success in real estate (and life) isn’t about adding more — it’s about building systems that finally make things easier.
Today, I help real estate agents simplify their businesses, rebuild their confidence, and get their effort working for them again.
My coaching blends two worlds that don’t usually overlap:
That combination means you don’t just get advice — you get a partnership designed to help you think, plan, and operate differently.
Coaching isn’t about hype, pressure, or motivational speeches. It’s about creating clarity, structure, and accountability so you can stop guessing and start building something that lasts.
We’ll look at your systems, your habits, and the way you naturally work best — and then design everything around that. No gimmicks. No “shoulds.” Just an approach that makes real estate feel doable again.
When I’m not coaching or helping agents organize their businesses, you’ll probably find me at the piano working through a new song, planning my next trip somewhere warm, or catching up over good food with great people.
I believe your business should support your life — not consume it. And that belief drives everything I do.
Now let's make it feel like it’s actually working for you.
Or, if you’d rather start small, join the newsletter for tools, strategies, and systems that actually help you run your business — not the other way around.
