Not everyone is ready for coaching — and that’s totally okay. If you’re looking for:


  • A quick fix — If you want instant results without actually putting in the effort, this probably isn’t for you. Coaching works, but it’s not magic.


  • Someone to do the work for you — I’m here to guide you, challenge you, and support you. But at the end of the day, you’re the one who has to take action.


  • A totally surface-level approach — If you’re not open to exploring the real reasons you’re stuck (mindset, patterns, and habits included), you won’t get the full value out of coaching.


Coaching is about real growth, real breakthroughs, and real change. If that sounds like what you need, let’s talk.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

Agents with roughly 1–10 years in the business who are ready to stop running on reaction mode. Whether you’re newer and trying to build systems or more established and ready to refine them, this is for agents who want structure, consistency, and support — not another motivational talk or cookie-cutter plan. 


All coaching sessions take place online via Google Meet — so no matter where you are, we can connect. This keeps things flexible, convenient, and distraction-free (plus, no commute required). Just grab a coffee, find a quiet space, and we’ll dive in.


 Nope. We’ll start from wherever you are.
If you already have a CRM, great — we’ll optimize it.
If not, I’ll help you choose one that fits your workflow and comfort level. 


All sessions are meant to be used within 16 weeks — that structure helps you stay focused and see results faster. If life throws you a curveball, we can adjust slightly, as long as momentum stays intact. 


Absolutely. If someone on your team helps with implementation or admin, they’re welcome to join relevant sessions — it usually makes execution smoother. 


You’ll wrap up with a complete toolkit and a clear plan to keep everything running.  If you’d like continued accountability, Continuation Coaching is available — just ask about it during your Discovery Call. 


Because space in this program is limited, payments are non-refundable once your fourth session begins. However, you’re free to cancel at any point before that, and you’ll only be billed for sessions completed — including the kickoff and any materials shared. 


Totally normal — it means you care about getting results. My job isn’t to pile on pressure; it’s to make sure the systems we build pay for themselves in both time and revenue.
